    ELECT A CHAIR

    Banks elect one chair, who sets the rates and the collateral rules. Then everyone blames the chair.

    SCHEME

    Merge with rivals, beg for bailouts, publish propaganda.

    THE INQUIRY

    The season ends with a public accounting of who survived and who caused the crisis.
